Celebrating Reid's 10th birthday

I hope Reid felt special and loved on his big 10th birthday!

Reid woke up on his birthday morning to our traditional "birthday table" - the birthday banner, balloons, gifts, and his special plate (for donuts)!

We've gotten to a tricky age with gifts.  Reid's wonderful grandparents covered his top two interests (Nintendo switch games and lego sets), and his only other wish was a metal detector.  Ha!  We ended up getting him that, a pre-ordered Dude Perfect book, and ten $10 bills (for the 10 year old!) taped together that he pulled out of a wrapped tissue box. :) He's a saver, so he was thrilled about this!

Reid's baseball games were rained out and he was really bummed to not get to play baseball on his birthday.  He and Georgia Kate had their piano recital that afternoon, so it worked out that all of our family came to watch the recital and then we went to dinner at Alicia's afterwards.

A couple of weeks after his actual birthday, we took Reid and three of his buddies, Riley, Connor, and Case, to dinner and Top Golf!  We had never been to Top Golf before and we all had a blast!

Reid sure is easy to celebrate!!!
