Spring has sprung! Reid and Georgia Kate were on Spring Break this week. Unfortunately, they were both sick for the first half of the week. Once they were feeling better, we spent lots of time playing outside, going to parks and just enjoying the wonderful weather! We headed out to Brenham today to see the bluebonnets and snap a few pictures.

This cracks me up because Georgia Kate is always up to something silly. I don't know what she was doing here, but it makes me laugh! :)

Reid looks entirely too grown up in this picture.

Rhett saw a bird and once again, Georgia Kate was being her sweet and silly big sister self. :)

Popsie is 60!

On March 4, our very special Dad and Popsie turned 60! We decided to surprise him with a childless fun evening out! He loves his grandbabies, but we hadn't had a family get together with just the adults since before Reid was born. We even arranged for Guinny to come out!

We started out at Taste of Texas for a delicious birthday dinner. I think he was very surprised!

Next, we were off to Escape the Room! It was super challenging, but something fun and different!

We finished off the evening by taking the birthday boy to get his favorite dessert - ice cream!

Our dad is truly something special. He is humble, content, simple (in a good way), smart, and selfless. He loves us SO well. He can fix anything, find anything, and build anything! :) He is also a very talented artist! It was an honor to get to celebrate his birthday!!! We love you sooo much, Popsie!!
