On Friday we went to Chappell Hill with my parents to take some Bluebonnet pictures! We didn't do them last year, so I really wanted to go this year! We found a great little spot. Reid was having so much fun, so we got some really sweet pictures! He's just such a happy boy. My talented mom made Reid's Easter outfit and I absolutely love it (I love everything she makes)! :)
He had one little sad moment when we tried to make him sit in the flowers. :)
On Saturday we decided to let Reid dye some eggs! It was a complete mess, but he LOVED it. We had fun watching him have fun!
On Saturday night Grandma and Grandpa stopped by to give Reid some Easter goodies from them and other sweet family members that sent him things...
The Easter bunny came to our house before church!
We went to church with my family and then headed over to my parents' house to have lunch. Grandma and Grandpa joined us too! Reid had more Easter things waiting for him at Mumsie and Popsie's house!
The kids/grandkids :)
Reid hunted Easter eggs at Mumsie and Popsie's house! This was his first Easter egg hunt. He caught on pretty quickly and had a big smile on his face the whole time!
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating Easter with our families!
Sweet pictures of a sweet little boy! I think your mom needs to make a matching Easter outfit for Chris next time, by the way ;)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Amanda :) and boy, being the first grandchild on both sides sure does have it's advantages on holidays - you got some good stuff, Reid!
ReplyDeleteHa ha! So true Amanda! Precious as always!
ReplyDeleteLove the bluebonnet pictures! Your mom is so talented!
ReplyDeleteI love them! So pretty! Can you email me a full size image of your favorite one of Reid in the bluebonnets?
ReplyDeleteWhat wonderful pictures! I read both Amanda and Allison's blogs and saw that you do too! Reid is a doll and you have a beautiful family! Isn't being a boy momma the BEST?! :)
